Forgotten Fighters is an ad campaign aimed at promoting breast cancer awareness via advanced screening for younger women. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendation states that women should not be screened for breast cancer until age 50 if they don’t have a family history. My goal is to empower women to be breast advocates and to push for the implementation of early detection measures in younger women, giving those who will face a journey with breast cancer their best fighting chance at beating the disease.
